As our Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategic email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, promote our products or services, and build strong customer relationships. You’ll work closely with our design, content, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive and data-driven approach to email marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns across various industries (or tailor this to your specific industry).
  • Craft engaging email copy that resonates with target audiences and drives action (e.g., clicks, purchases, sign-ups).
  • Design and build visually appealing email templates using a marketing automation platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Manage email lists, ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
  • Analyze email marketing performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns for improved results.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality visuals for email campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and best practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing of different email elements (subject lines, content, calls to action) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and principles (e.g., segmentation, targeting, personalization).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
  • Experience with email marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • A keen eye for design and a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
